What happened
We ran our own measurement method against itself across roughly 590 live AI conversations. Enough of it failed that we could not keep selling it in good conscience, so we withdrew the audit rather than rewrite the sales page around it.
The replacement reports each AI surface separately instead of blending them into one number, keeps the raw answers as evidence, and states plainly what it does not measure. We would rather be late than confident and wrong.
